  • b) ఏడో తరగతి ప్రవేశం కోరు విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత జిల్లాల్లో ప్రభుత్వ లేదా ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2021-22 సంవత్సరంలో ఆరో తరగతి చదివి ఉండాలి.
  • c) ఎనిమిదో తరగతిలో ప్రవేశం కోరు విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత జిల్లాలోని ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2021-22 సంవత్సరంలో ఏడవ తరగతి చదివి ఉండాలి.
  • d) విద్యార్థులు ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2020-21 మరియు 2021-22 విద్యా సంవత్సరములలో నిరవధికంగా విద్యనభ్యసించి ఉండాలి.

ఆదాయ పరిమితి: విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రుల/సంరక్షకులు సంవత్సర ఆదాయం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత విద్యార్థులకు రూ.1,50,000/-పట్టణ ప్రాంత విద్యార్థులకు రూ.2,00,000/- కు మించరాదు.

  • విద్యార్థుల ఎంపికకు పాత జిల్లా ఒక యూనిట్ గా పరిగణించబడుతుంది.
  • జిల్లాలోని గురుకుల పాఠశాలలో ప్రవేశానికి పాత జిల్లాలోని ఏదైనా పాఠశాలలో చదువుతూ ఉండాలి.

In DEECET-2022 English medium seats are additionally available in sure Govt.   6. Eligibility criteria for admission: a) Candidate should be of Indian Nationality: b) The candidates should fulfill Local / Non-Local Status requirement as laid down in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended from time to time, c) Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET-2022 and should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed. d) Age Limit: The candidates should have completed 17 years as of 01-09-2022. There isn’t any upper age restriction.

e) Educational Qualifications:

  • i. The candidate who passed or appeared for the ten+2 throughout 2021-22 final Examinations (Qualifying Examination) or its equivalent are eligible to look for the doorway check. But, they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
  • ii. The candidate ought to have secured 50 p.c of marks in the aggregate in the qualifying examination for appearing within the DEECET-2022 for each A & B class seats. The minimal percentage of marks in the case of Schedule caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45 percent for both A & B class seats.
  • iii. Candidates belonging to OC and BC communities shall safe a minimum of 35 % marks in DEECET-2022. For Scheduled Casts, Scheduled Tribe, and Physically Challenged candidates the minimum qualifying mark for allotment of seats reserved under the respective classes will be 25 %. That is to say, candidates belonging to SC and ST communities should secure 35 % of marks for consideration towards seats under OC/NCC/CAP/Sports category. Note: The Candidates who passed Intermediate with Vocational Courses are not eligible.
  1. The details pertaining to the structure and content of the Test, Syllabus, Pass certificate, Rule of Reservation, and allotment of seats are given within the Information Bulletin. 8. Storage of Examination material: The Examination associated materials might be preserved for six months from the date of Examination and no application on this regard might be entertained past this period.
  2. Allotment of Seats: All the sanctioned intake of seats in Government DIETS shall be crammed by the Convener, DEECET-2022 on the basis of rank obtained in the DEECET 2022 duly following the rule of reservation vide Rule 6 & 7 of G.O.Ms.No.30, dt. 08 07-2015. The seats allotted to the Un-Aided institutions shall be classified as (1) Category ‘A’ seats or (2) Category ‘B’ seats. The Category A seats shall be 80% of the sanctioned intake seats in the Un-Aided establishments that do not go for SW.2 shall be crammed on the premise of rank obtained in the DEECET-2022. The Un-Aided institutions that go for SW.2 shall keep the region-wise reservation. The Category ‘B’ seats shall be 20% of the total intake seats in the Un-Aided institutions. These 20% seats shall be opened for the candidates who appeared in DEECET-2022 and have been assigned rank in the common merit listing.
  3. Method of Admission: All the seats in the Government Institutions / DIETs and 80% of the seats belonging to category A shall be filled by the Convener DEECET-2022 and the 20% of the seats which belong to Category ‘B’ shall be filled by the respective Institutions subject to scrutiny by the Convener. At present (28) Ekalavya Model Residential Schools are functioning throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh under the control of Gurukulam. Now, the Gurukulam has determined to take up state-level admissions from class 6th and backlog vacancies for 7th 8th, and 9th courses into (28) EMR Schools through the written exams on a merit basis.

Based on the reference 1st cited, Gurukulam has issued operational guidelines for effective functioning of EMR Schools vide ref.2nd cited which includes reservation pattern and allocation of seats in EMR Schools entry-level courses. Vide ref. 3rd and 4th cited, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, GoI, New Delhi have communicated the draft admission guidelines for the year 2022-23. Based on the draft admission guidelines, the next is reservation standards need to be maintained in all EMR Schools throughout the Country.

a) Admission Eligibility: A candidate appearing for the choice check for admission in Class VI for the session 2022-23 needs to be learning or has studied in Class-V in the educational session 2021-22 or 2020-21 in a Government / Govt. Aided/State Recognized Schools / Level B of NIOS OBE Programme / CBSE affiliated schools of the state where they are seeking admission (in EMRSs). A school will likely be deemed acknowledged if it is declared so by the Govt. or by any other agency authorized on behalf of Govt., (or) A candidate who has not attended any college but studied at home can also be eligible to use for admission in Class VI (As per section 4 of Chapter-II of RTE Act 2009). However, the parents/ guardian of the candidate shall submit a self-declaration relating to the same. The minimum and maximum age restrict (as of 31st March of the year in which admission is sought) for admission in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools in numerous classes is given under (Child born on 1st April should also be considered.)

b) Admission selection procedure: Admission to EMRS shall be completed on the idea of the Selection Test. Admission to class VI shall be made strictly on the idea of an entrance test referred to as the Eklavya Model Residential Schools Selection Test (EMRSST). The candidates wanting to get admission in EMRSS have to appear and qualify for EMRSST.

c) Reservations in Admission: In accordance with EMRS Guidelines November 2020 (10%) seats i.e., (6) seats are allotted to Non-ST students. However, as per the draft admission guidelines communicated by NESTS, it was stated that in accordance with EMRS Guidelines Nov. 2020 and MoTA Lr. No. F.No. 11011/02/2019-EMRS/PVTG dated 30.03.2022, the below-mentioned reservation criteria shall be adopted for granting admissions in Class VI.

Eligibility of scholars for admission into EMRSS across the state:

In the draft admission guidelines, the NESTS have proposed that the seats should be open to all ST youngsters of the state who have no particular reservation quota for the ST resident of Block/ Taluka / Tehsil / District through which EMRS is located. Notwithstanding, the State / UT EMRS Societies could train their privilege to fix a particular quota, not exceeding 30% for the ST candidates belonging to the dam/taluka/tehsil/district in which the EMRS is situated.

Cadre strength సెలక్టు చేసుకుని…. అక్కడ తమ పాఠశాలలో ఉన్న అన్ని రకాల పోస్ట్ లు ఉండేలా Add cadre ఉపయోగించి Sanctioned నంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.
అవసరం లేని పోస్ట్ లను delete చేయాలి.
ఒకసారి సరి చూసుకుని save చేయాలి.
Working posts నంబర్ని edit చేయలేరు.

2.తన ఉపాధ్యాయుల వివరాల నిర్ధారణ:
Service లో staff నందు Teacher Status ని నొక్కి….
ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుని నంబర్ పక్కన ఉన్న బాక్స్ లో టిక్ చేయాలి.అలాగే వారి status ( working/transferred/retired/ expired) సెలక్టు చేసుకుని మిగతా వివరాలు నింపి submit చేయాలి.

గమనిక:
ఇవి పూర్తి చేయకపోతే individual login లో టీచర్స్ డీటైల్స్ రావు.
వచ్చినా తప్పు వివరాలు వస్తూ ఇబ్బంది పడతారు.

ఆ రి-వెరిఫికేషన్ లో భాగంగా ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు చేయవలసింది ఏమిటి?

వారు చూడవలసింది వారికి పంపిన జాబితాలో ఉన్న విద్యార్థి పేరు వారి తల్లి పేరు రెండు పేర్లూ కూడా మరొకసారి సరి చూసుకోవటం ఆ వివరాలను వారి ఆధార్ కార్డులతో సరిపోల్చుకోవడం,

అలా ధృవీకరించుకోవటానికి తల్లిదండ్రుల కమిటీ లేదా గ్రామ సచివాలయ సిబ్బంది సహాయం తీసుకోవచ్చు.

ఆ విధంగా సమాచారాన్ని పరిశీలించినప్పుడు ఆ వివరాలు సరిగా ఉన్నట్లయితే confirmed అని రిపోర్ట్ చేయాలి.

అలా కాకపోతే not confirmed అని రిపోర్ట్ చేయాలి.

ఏ కారణం వల్లనైనా పూర్తి వివరాలు లభ్యం కాలేకపోతే further verification required అని రిపోర్ట్ చేయాలి.

తల్లి కాక సంరక్షకుల వివరాలు ఉన్నట్లయితే ఆ సంరక్షకుల గుర్తింపులు కూడా పైవిధంగానే ధృవీకరించుకోవాలి.
