ORDER:

The Government is dedicated to the welfare of its employees and seeks to advertise work-life stability to allow the staff and their households to steer blissful and contented lives. In this route, the Government’s policy is to make sure that each worker is posted at a workplace where she/he’s most efficient and contributes his/her best for improved governance and efficient public services. Overall, the Government is committed to the best placement of the employees to improve efficiency and accountability in administration.

  1. Accordingly, in supersession of the orders issued within the references 9th & 10th read above, the Government hereby points the next pointers for the switch of workers for the yr 2022
  2. The current ban on the switch of employees imposed vide the references 9 & 10 read above is relaxed for the interval from 8th June to 17th June to ensure the best placement of employees to safe optimum productiveness and dedication to the furtherance of Government’s growth aims.

Principles for Transfers and Postings:

  1. The following principles could also be adopted whereas effecting switch of workers
  • i. Transfers shall be effected solely “on request” basis and on administrative grounds.
  • ii. Employees who completed 5 years at a station shall be invariably transferred.
  • iii. Service in all cadres at a station shall be counted whereas calculating the interval of keep. Station means the place (City, Town, Village) of actual working for the purpose of transfers and not office or establishment.
  • iv. However, for State Audit Department, the station means Office inside the Zone as all their places of work are located within the District Headquarters solely. v. Preference will be given to the beneath classes:
  • a. Employees with disabilities of 40% or more as licensed by a reliable authority as per “persons with disabilities”.
  • b. Employees having mentally challenged children to a place the place medical amenities can be found.
  • c. Medical grounds for the illnesses (both self or spouse or dependent children and dependent parents) of Cancer, Open Heart Operations, Neuro Surgery, and Kidney Transplantation to locations the place such facilities can be found.

  • ix. The employees (Local Cadres, Zonal Cadres) working in ITDA areas for more than two years could also be transferred to the place of their chosen topic to the success of conditions stipulated on this GO, with due desire to the inter-se seniority among the workers working in these areas:

x. For the purpose of posting in ITDA Areas the following shall be the criteria:

  1. The employees beneath 50 years of age.
  2. The employees who haven’t labored earlier in the ITDA areas to date are based mostly on the size of service in plain space downwards.

xi. Besides ITDA areas, areas that are inside and backward with numerous vacancies shall be given preference while filling up vacancies on transfers. HaDs and District Collectors shall ensure the identical.

Procedure for Transfers.

  • a) The relaxation on transfers shall be effective from 8 June to 17 June 2022.

  • c) ఎనిమిదో తరగతిలో ప్రవేశం కోరు విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత జిల్లాలోని ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2021-22 సంవత్సరంలో ఏడవ తరగతి చదివి ఉండాలి.
  • d) విద్యార్థులు ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2020-21 మరియు 2021-22 విద్యా సంవత్సరములలో నిరవధికంగా విద్యనభ్యసించి ఉండాలి.

ఆదాయ పరిమితి: విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రుల/సంరక్షకులు సంవత్సర ఆదాయం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత విద్యార్థులకు రూ.1,50,000/-పట్టణ ప్రాంత విద్యార్థులకు రూ.2,00,000/- కు మించరాదు.

  • విద్యార్థుల ఎంపికకు పాత జిల్లా ఒక యూనిట్ గా పరిగణించబడుతుంది.
  • జిల్లాలోని గురుకుల పాఠశాలలో ప్రవేశానికి పాత జిల్లాలోని ఏదైనా పాఠశాలలో చదువుతూ ఉండాలి.

ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష: ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష తెలుగు, లెక్కలు, పరిసరాల విజ్ఞానం (సైన్స్ మరియు సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం) లో 5,6,7 వ తరగతి స్థాయిలో రెండు గంటల వ్యవధిలో 100 మార్కులకు (తెలుగు-15, లెక్కలు-30, సామాన్య శాస్త్రం-15, సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం-15, ఇంగ్లీష్-25 మార్కులతో) ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ పద్ధతిలో ఉంటుంది.

దరఖాస్తు చేయు విధానం:

  • అభ్యర్థులు పై అర్హతలు పరిశీలించుకొని సంతృప్తి చెందిన తరువాత ఏదేని (PAYMENT GATEWAY) తెలంగాణ ఆన్లైన్క ప్రాథమిక వివరాలతో (విద్యార్థి పేరు, పుట్టిన తేది, తండ్రి/సంరక్షకుని మొబైల్ నెం) వెళ్లి రూ. 100/- చెల్లించిన తరువాత ఒక జర్నల్ నెంబరు ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. జర్నల్ నెంబరు పొందినంత మాత్రాన దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొన్నట్లు కాదు. అది కేవలం దరఖాస్తు రుసుము చెల్లించినట్లు తెలియజేయు నెంబరు మాత్రమే.
  • ఆ జర్నల్ నెంబరు ఆధారంగా ఏదేని ONLINE (ఆన్లైన్)/ఏదేని ఇంటర్నెట్ సెంటరు నుండి సంస్థ వెబ్సైట్ mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in ద్వారా ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. ఈ జర్నల్ నెంబరును పరీక్ష ఫీజు చెల్లించిన వివరాలకు కేటాయించిన స్థలం (కాలమ్లో నమోదు చేయవలెను.

e) Educational Qualifications:

  • i. The candidate who passed or appeared for the ten+2 throughout 2021-22 final Examinations (Qualifying Examination) or its equivalent are eligible to look for the doorway check. But, they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.

The Category A seats shall be 80% of the sanctioned intake seats in the Un-Aided establishments that do not go for SW.2 shall be crammed on the premise of rank obtained in the DEECET-2022. The Un-Aided institutions that go for SW.2 shall keep the region-wise reservation. The Category ‘B’ seats shall be 20% of the total intake seats in the Un-Aided institutions. These 20% seats shall be opened for the candidates who appeared in DEECET-2022 and have been assigned rank in the common merit listing.
  3. Method of Admission: All the seats in the Government Institutions / DIETs and 80% of the seats belonging to category A shall be filled by the Convener DEECET-2022 and the 20% of the seats which belong to Category ‘B’ shall be filled by the respective Institutions subject to scrutiny by the Convener. At present (28) Ekalavya Model Residential Schools are functioning throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh under the control of Gurukulam. Now, the Gurukulam has determined to take up state-level admissions from class 6th and backlog vacancies for 7th 8th, and 9th courses into (28) EMR Schools through the written exams on a merit basis.

Vide ref. 3rd and 4th cited, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, GoI, New Delhi have communicated the draft admission guidelines for the year 2022-23. A school will likely be deemed acknowledged if it is declared so by the Govt. or by any other agency authorized on behalf of Govt., (or) A candidate who has not attended any college but studied at home can also be eligible to use for admission in Class VI (As per section 4 of Chapter-II of RTE Act 2009). However, the parents/ guardian of the candidate shall submit a self-declaration relating to the same. The minimum and maximum age restrict (as of 31st March of the year in which admission is sought) for admission in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools in numerous classes is given under (Child born on 1st April should also be considered.)

b) Admission selection procedure: Admission to EMRS shall be completed on the idea of the Selection Test. Admission to class VI shall be made strictly on the idea of an entrance test referred to as the Eklavya Model Residential Schools Selection Test (EMRSST). The candidates wanting to get admission in EMRSS have to appear and qualify for EMRSST.

c) Reservations in Admission: In accordance with EMRS Guidelines November 2020 (10%) seats i.e., (6) seats are allotted to Non-ST students. However, as per the draft admission guidelines communicated by NESTS, it was stated that in accordance with EMRS Guidelines Nov. 2020 and MoTA Lr. Eligibility of scholars for admission into EMRSS across the state:

In the draft admission guidelines, the NESTS have proposed that the seats should be open to all ST youngsters of the state who have no particular reservation quota for the ST resident of Block/ Taluka / Tehsil / District through which EMRS is located. Reservation in Appointment (Recruitment)

In a unit of 100 vacancies, the present policy of reservation in appointment for various classes is as follows

  • 15% of the vacancies to be reserved for SCs.
  • 6% of the vacancies to be reserved for STs.
