సమాజానికి లక్ష్మణరావు గారి వంటి నిజాయితీ గల సాహితీ మూర్తుల ఆవిర్భావం, ఒక చారిత్రక అవసరం. 2. రచయిత్రి అయిన సావిత్రి గారు నీరు త్సాహికి ఉత్సాహాన్నీ రికామీకి బాధ్యతనీ, అజ్ఞానికైనా, జిజ్ఞాసువుకైనా విజ్ఞానాన్నీ తగు మాత్రపు ఆర్ద్రతనూ అందించగలిగిన పుస్తకాలను రచించే రచ సమాజానికి అవసరమని నొక్కి వక్కాణించారు. 3. రచయిత అనేవాడు ఎంతో కొంతకార్యశీలత రేపాలి, పాఠకుని కదపాలి, కురపాలి, మంచిదారి నిచూపాలి, మనశ్శాంతిని కలిగించాలి అని చెప్పారు.
